Services
Evidence-based therapy tailored to your needs, offered virtually across Canada (excluding Quebec) and in person in Halifax. Sessions are available in English and French.

Individual Therapy
Individual therapy offers a confidential space to explore what you're carrying — whether that's anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic pain, burnout, grief, or the stress of everyday life.
Sessions are tailored to your goals and preferences. Depending on what feels most helpful, I may draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), or an Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) lens.
I work with adults (18+) in a trauma-informed environment where you set the pace.

Couples Therapy
Relationships can be deeply meaningful, while also bringing moments of conflict, disconnection, and uncertainty. I practice relationship therapy through a Gottman lens. Gottman offers a practical, research-informed approach to helping couples better understand one another, strengthen their connection, and develop healthier ways of navigating challenges together.
Through the Gottman approach, couples are supported in identifying patterns that may be creating distance or conflict, improving communication, managing disagreements more effectively, and rebuilding trust and emotional intimacy. Therapy also focuses on strengthening the friendship and sense of partnership within the relationship, helping couples reconnect with what brought them together in the first place.
My goal is to create a supportive, non-judgmental space where both partners feel heard, understood, and valued. Whether you are experiencing ongoing conflict, feeling disconnected, navigating a significant life transition, or simply wanting to strengthen an already healthy relationship, couples counselling can provide an opportunity to slow down, understand the patterns between you, and create meaningful change together.
